Tianjin Faw Xiali Automobile (000927) will pay cash dividends of 0.7 yuan for every 10 shares held for fiscal year 2009, according to a company filing.

Based on its total share capital of 1.595 billion shares, the company expects to pay cash dividends of 111.66 million yuan.
Both the ex-dividend date and the dividend payment date are August 26.
